Denise Austin Anti-Aging Baby Boomers Workout
As we get older, gravity becomes our worst enemy. But the gravity-fighting exercises in this workout, claims instructor Denise Austin, will help firm up arms and thighs, shrink the waistline, lift and tone chest and buttock muscles, and increase your metabolism so you burn fat faster. Actually, this is a traditional aerobics class set to sing-along oldies such as Good Vibrations, You're Still the One, Mony Mony, and Joy to the World. Austin is accompanied by a class of both men and women, all slim and fit. This 45-minute workout includes 20 minutes of aerobics with simple choreography, using familiar moves such as marches, knee lifts, kicks, lunges, grapevines, twists, and the pony. If you're an aerobic-dance novice, don't worry--the moves are repeated enough to get them. A 15-minute toning segment is done without weights: leg lifts, squats, lunges, abs, and pushups. A nice 10-minute stretch sequence finishes your workout. This video is best for beginning to intermediate exercisers who like simple choreography, or for someone who hasn't worked out in a while. --Joan Price

as we age it's not only the gravity that becomes our enemy. We also have to see that our body is aging and the cells are not producing like it use to produce before. That's why we have wrinkles and dry skins. Our hair is getting white and our physicality look becomes saggy.
